Returns Policy
POLICIES
ALL LASH COURSES ARE STRICTLY NOT REFUNDABLE.
PRODUCTS: If you wish to return a product for any reason you will first have to contact our customer care team. Please send an email to info@lashmania.uk to discuss the issues with your order and our customer care team will be in touch with in 48 hours.
You are welcome to return any unwanted products but they have to be unused and in their original packaging. The returns have to be made with in 14 days of receiving the product/s using the return slip which will be provided to you by the customer care team.
Unwanted returned products can be refunded but not exchanged unless an error has been made on our behalf. If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product you will have to re-order the desired product separately.
In the unusual event that you receive a faulty product the fault has to be addressed to our customer care team at a maximum of 5 days from the receipt of the product.
When returning products please note that:
1. The customer must contact the Customer Care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.
2. Customer is liable for all return fees and will be liable incase the product goes missing. No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. We strongly advise using a tracked service to avoid any complications.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be given on any returned product which is sent back within 14 days of receiving, after it has been checked by our team. Please note that no refunds will be given on products that arrive damaged, or that have been used.
Refunds will be processed only when the returned products have been received and checked by our team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, this is dependant on your bank.
When a product is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded only the amount charged for purchased products.
REPLACEMENTS
In the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist you. Please note this has to be done with in 5 days of the receipt of the product.
In the event that an item that is to be replaced is no longer in stock, a reasonable alternative will be offered to the customer.
